Melvin P. Nabong

 

A licensed landscape architect in the Philippines  who seeks to gain further experience in the field to hone his skills and knowledge for the establishment of the profession in the country and abroad and for the betterment of the built environment.

He worked on several large scale landscape projects in China, Australia and Philippines, where he developed a good sense of detail and a modernist design approach inspired by several international practices. He endeavours to learn more about the essence of landscape architecture in terms of battling environmental degradation and is looking forward to a more sustainable approach in all his design solutions.

He believes that public space is the common ground for all types of people and that it should be accessible and uplifting.
